Mansion built about 1814 for Lexington mayor Thomas Pindell and later owned by General Thomas Bodley. Both Union and Confederate forces used it as headquarters during the Civil War. The Bullock family, who bought it in 1912, included a sculptor and the founder of the Garden Club of Lexington.
