"Each blossom, bud, and seedpod in the Garden Quilt series is photographed in a studio setting, warped and posterized in post-production and pieced together as one would when making a quilt. The quilt is then bound by a border of contrasting color illustrating the flower. The result is a photographic vision of pattern, shape and color." - Mary Rezny
