Jack Girard

Jack Girard is a professor of art at Transylvania University in Lexington, where he has taught since 1975. His drawings, collages and sculptures take up death and grieving, cultural practices, and power and politics, often with a wry sense of humor. He works primarily in collage and mixed media drawing and has made art for about fifty years.
