Elizabeth Foley is a Kentucky printmaker whose prints explore location and sense of place. She holds a BFA in graphic design from Washington University in St. Louis and an MFA in printmaking from Ohio University, and taught 3D art at Sayre School in Lexington for fifteen years. She is a founding member of the Bluegrass Printmakers' Cooperative in Lexington and has shown work at 21c Museum Hotel Lexington and UK Chandler Medical Center.
